- Warm-up
Note flash cards
Call-and-response note naming on the projector. You choose the clef, the range, and letter names or solfège.
- Warm-up
Rhythm generator
A new rhythm on the board as students come in: clap it, count it, then play it to check. Count with ta/ti-ti, 1-e-&-a, Takadimi, or no syllables.
- Keeping time
Metronome
Rehearse with a beat the whole room can see. Turn the sound off and students keep the beat by watching.
- Singing
Pitch pipe
Give the choir its starting note, or play the chord to set the key, before you count in.
- Chords
Chord finder
Put a chord on the projector for piano, guitar and ukulele players at once, with its notes on the staff, then play it to the class.
- Chords
Chord identifier
Chord detective: tap three notes on the projector, let the class name the chord, then reveal it. Good for inversions too.
Put a tool on your class page
- Open the tool and set it up the way you want, for example the tempo and time for the metronome.
- Under Share or embed, copy the embed code.
- Paste it into your page’s embed box. In Google Sites, that’s Insert → Embed → Embed code. Canvas, Schoology and most school website builders have an HTML or embed option too.
The tool opens with your settings, and students can still change them. The embed sets no cookies and collects nothing about students.

Questions teachers ask
Do students need accounts?
No. The tools open in the browser with no sign-up.
Does an embedded tool track my students?
No. It sets no cookies and collects no personal information. Visits are only counted anonymously, as on the rest of Trebly.
Will it work on my interactive whiteboard?
Yes. It’s a web page with large buttons, so it works with touch on the board or with the mouse from your desk.
